Return and refund policy
At Maison D’Arome all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns will be only accepted for fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped product or damages in transit. Opened or used perfume and improper usage or application is not covered under the return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at care@maisondarome.in with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
4. Ship the Return: Drop off your package at the designated courier service.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of the packaging of each product.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by Maison D’Arome.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
If case of FULFILLMENT error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you in 10 - 15 business days
Cancellations once shipment is made is not possible. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at care@maisondarome.in
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:
• Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
