Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

• During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended due to high order volumes.

• We are currently servicing only a limited number of pin codes. Please check if your pin code is serviceable on the shopping cart checkout page. We are working tirelessly towards adding more cities and pin codes.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

• If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at care@maisondarome.in

Order Delivery

• We make our best efforts to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the product. Delivery to all serviceable locations will be done within 7-10 days from dispatch of order.

• Free shipping is offered within India.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship Internationally at present.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier first using the tracking number provided.
• If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, contact our support team at care@maisondarome.in, and we will assist you in locating your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery at care@maisondarome.in with:

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
